Today McMark came up from the land of wine and cheese to help me put the motor and the Pelican Parts Classified used 915 diff I found a couple months back into my 911. The first score was the price. The guy was asking $1000.00 and I offered $800. He took it.

I have had the thing sitting on a furniture dolly for a couple months waiting for time to put it in. Today Mark came up to help put the engine and transmission in and while he was moving it into place on the back of the engine he notices both output shafts move the same direction. Holy crap! A good LSD 915 for $800! The seller didn't realize what he was selling!
