I have opened up my longs to address some rust and I am curious what people paint/coat the inside the long with to avoid rust? Is it available in an aerosal can or do I need to paint gun it in?

.....make sure it's clean 1st??...aircraft,navy issue paint

I am assuming you can't pick that up at the local auto paint store or am I wrong?
