100 x 3"
Regular backing
5" are $6
3" are $4
shipping will be as low as I can get it. Free for 1-2 of the 3" as I can throw them in an envelope.

Definitely yes, although 5" seems a bit too big in my opinion. 3" would appeal more. Maybe shield shaped for you, doc.

I've been buying uniform shirts for a few decades and have not had good luck w/ iron on patchs. I recommend that you stitch em down, too.

I always stitch them down. This was originally for my motorcycle jacket.

OK, I put in an order for 100 x 5" and 100 x 3" with regular (no-iron-on) backs.
It usually takes about 2 weeks. These are done in the USA It is in FL, but it is still USA 
Price:
5" $6
3" $4
Shipping will vary, but will be as low as possible
I will start excepting payments now, but will be at Matt's house in MD this weekend so I may lag on the response.
I intend to sell at least 90, keeping a few for me and for give away at functions so order yours before they are gone!

THEY ARE HERE! The 5" are perfect, the 3" are good, but the resolution is a little less on the small details due to the size (as to be expected).

Put me down for a set of the Evil sunglasses, one Evil wallet, and one of the Evil Schwinn custom beach bikes please. IIRC a bike purchase also includes a free Evil skull cap Oh and if the Evil Zippo ever goes into production I'll take 2 of those as well.

Ummm, not sure, but I'm thinking if I used 5" or 3" condoms, I certainly wouldn't admit it around these guys. They could possibly find a way to humiliate you in front of all these people.

Do you have a pic of said rubber? I never noticed it on your car
You can barely see it if you look through the grill. I would have to dissassemble the shroud to get a picture. It's made from a bed liner mat. 1/4" thick and cut to shape.
EDIT: Found a pic. Not great but you get the idea...
