installing new oil temp and psi plus tach, speedo and cht/egt.

should I pull the old harness with all the blinker and lighting bulbs which I don't need or should I try to use part of the harness?

This is a racecar folks, all those extra wires seems like baggage I don't need.

Any reason to keep the old bundle?
