Mark Henry just posted pin heights in another thread a few days ago.
IIRC it was about some oddball KB pistons.

1.8

I remember that 2.0 was just under 1" and 1.8 was about 1.175 IIRC same way you're measuring it.

Hi Jim to answer your PM yes they are for a 1.8/1.7 stroke.
The other way to tell 66 and 71mm KB pistons apart is the pin hole hits right into the oil scraper (3rd) rings on the 71mm.

Here's the thread with my measurements.

thank you guys!

Actually, I believe you got the wrong answer.
The KB pistons that were discussed in other threads are made for longer rods.

The original pin height of the 2.0 is ~35mm from pin center to piston top.
It looks like the cylinders you have are for a 71mm stroke.

I am going to disagree here.
Jim is measuring the same way as Mark Henry did in the previous thread and coming out the almost the same measurements as Mark did for the stock 1.7 & 1.8 pistons.
To me that says Jim has pistons with the pin set for 1.7/1.8 stroke.
In the other thread Mark measured from the piston top to the top of the pin bore (just like Jim is showing us) and had the following for stock pistons:
2.0, .933"
1.8, 1.178"
1.7, 1.184"

1.178" ~= 29.9mm for 1.8L
1.184" ~= 30.1mm for 1.7L

Jim is measuring approx 30mm which matches 1.7/1.8.
He should be closer to 26mm/27mm for 2.0L

Jim

Fixing my error above. Sorry.
