Very nice! You two have way too much time on your hands - I am jealous. smile.gif

Nice work! You have to show the equipment... the powdercoating equipment to be more specific.

Is that satin or semi-gloss powder?

Satin. I need to get some gloss.

Try BK-08, not too glossy, but a good "semi-gloss",If it's too shinny, it will show all the dirt, and every imperfection. We use it to match out railing. As it's outside you don't want it too shinny.

Very cool. Is that a powder coating specific oven or did you modify something else?

It started life as an incubater at the "University of California".

I found it at a "Eco Urban Park" in Berkley for $23 biggrin.gif

Good job. When I saw the first pictures, I thought you baked the parts in the kitchen. Not good.
