WTF?? It takes an 8 amp fuse. I went through three 8 amps, eack would spark and blow before I put in a 16 amp. It works now. Why was it blowing fuses. I want to make sure everything is ok, not just patch it over...idea's?

Please post your fix for this problem. The hazzard circuit in a 914 probably gets more use than the headlights

OK, OK...

Stuff that fuse #11 feeds:
Buzzer. (I assume this is under the passenger's seat.)
Emergency flasher switch.
Interior light.

That's it. So make sure that your interior light isn't unplugged, and make sure that the buzzer (whether undre the seat or up on top of the fuse panel, or wherever) isn't shorting out.

Then unplug the black/red wire from the hazard switch and see if that helps.

Power for the light is always "hot". If the power wire is down behind the backpad and touching the floor pan (common when the light it MIA), it'll blow the fuse every time. Find the wire and tape up the end.
