It's time. I'm busy enough and I'm tired of working in such a small space. My first shop served its purpose for getting things rolling, but I've been in serious need of more room.
My landlord is very easy to deal with and has allowed me to transfer my current lease to a bigger space in the same complex.
From 1250 square feet to 2800. I'm moving on March first.

You need to hire some slacker employees now. Get a gov't loan or grant. Come on Joe, get this economy back on track!

Looking good!!!
Looking like some nice space Joe. I'm now feeling inadequate without a forklift in my garage. You continue to raise the bar!
Nice move Joe. I'm hoping to take over the space on the other sid of me. That would give me 4500 sq. ft. seperated. A body shop, a paint shop and a mechanical/machine shop. If I can make it happen it could change the whole scope here and would be well worth it. A 2 post lift and a forklift are also on my short list.
man -wish you were local. Fantastic.
I love how the Corona sign was the first thing on the wall!!
Really really cool!
Will that forklift pick up a 914?
