so it took me a while to figure out that the pump would even work with the flashers on but anyways...

I have carbs so the pump is hooked up with SirAndys How to.
When i turn on the key the pump kicks on for like a second then nothing, but if i turn on the hazard lights the pump comes on as the lights blink as in bump bump bump...


i have traced wires and found no bad spots and nothing grounding out.

any suggestions or help is welcome

Need more detail, Was the pump working right before? Did you just acquire this vehicle? it maybe that the po wired the pump on on of the turn signal , if itbeas working and you did not make any changes, you have a wire short somewhere,

Where did you the power for the pump from?
