Any cheap 80w90 GL5 non-synthetic is fine.

Perhaps Valvoline HP 80W90

although it's been many, many years, i noticed a bit smoother shifting after replacing whatever the p.o. had in there with redline synthetic. i see online for about $20 / qt. shipped.
