It is too easy to build a 270 ohm resistor to replace it. If you found NOS, then $$$ is the limit of the buyer.

IMHO, not much. It's just a resistor with spade lugs on each end. The one pictured doesn't even have the plastic box over the one end.
I can make a functional equivalent for about two bucks and ten minutes worth of work.
