Took a quick pic of this RX-7 at a neighbor's house. Anyone recognize the car?

Over the driver's door is 'Borders IV - V'

I don't know the car personally but I will check around on some other sites I inhabit. Looks like a 3rd generation tube frame race car.

EEEWW!

Looks like a Japanese NASCAR to me.....never care for NASCAR crap-olas....except maybe I'd watch 'em running at the Glens and Sears....other than that.....nah...
