914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Finally some progress on the interior

Posted by: jr91472 Oct 31 2004, 10:15 PM

Just got my seats back from Leo's Trim Shop (he said trim... aktion035.gif ) in McKinney, TX. He came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Mine was not the first 914 he had worked on. Anyone in the area needing interior work should consider him. PM for details.

Also installed my new carpet kit (thankyou Morphenspectra). They look and fit great.

Next, door panels and dash face sawzall-smiley.gif

ha biggrin.gif

you see, I am just a few clubs short of the perfect game. It is a simular condition to the "while I am in here disease" that affects so many here on this board.

actually one set belongs to the wife.

What did the interior set you back ?

Posted by: jr91472 Nov 1 2004, 10:45 AM

$725 for both seats, fully re-covered leather. The basket weave looks identical to a piece of scrape material I saved from the dash face (except leather of course).

how much did you pay for the carpet kit?
where did you get it?

The carpet kit is from morphenspectra on this board. Check the 914 Parts and Resources section and look for 914 Apperance and Performance.
