Got the 3.2 running this week after even more setbacks. Got the engine running and after a couple of minutes fiddling we noticed oil on the floor of the workshop
Found the source of the leak that could only be repaired by pulling the engine again.
Replaced the seals and while in there we installed new cam chains, sprockets and ramps. Reset the cam timing to be a little more aggressive. One side was out of tolerance.
Whacked the engine back in and cranked it up. Sounds sensational through the Tangerine exhaust. Took it for a quick blat around the block, limited it to 2nd and 3rd but the torque was awesome. The low end grunt makes it all so effortless.
Set aside this weekend to get the remote cooler installation started. Using a factory 3.2 cooler and fabricating the ducting ourselves using aluminium.
Some progress pictures attached.

Vedy nice...
What's the custom plenum and turbo for?
Thanks for the comments.
And a big old brake in the backgound...
Do you own, work or is it at a custom car shop?

No, No and kind of. The shop is a friend of mines and he does all sorts of fabrication not just cars. We worked a deal where I did a bit of the tedious stuff and I got "mate's rates".
Pics show the finished metal work before it goes to the powder coaters. A lot of trial and error and R and R went into this.
The last photo shows the cooler in its location but not bolted down yet. It fits a lot better than that but will still require some foam here and there.
