OK, how do you insert the persons name and posting time on top of the quote box?

I think it's a secret command.

You can even quote yourself...I think Andy did it a million times once. It was like a time portal to Andy's world...it was even getting out of focus like his photography...

The easiest way is to quote someone... then go back and edit your message, changing the text as appropriate.

By far the best hidden command on the board is ALT-F4. You have to hold down ALT while you push F4. This will give you admin rights on the board!
