I'm about 35 minutes north of New Haven.
I'll be at the shop for 3 more hours at least. There's a mini mart with good beer prices nearby.

I'm afraid I have a scheduled dinner at 5:00 PM, but I would LOVE to see you shop. I'm free in the afternoon tomorrow and Monday, could I swing by one of those days?

Monday is somewhat better for me but I could meet you tomorrow. I live 15 minutes from the shop.
Maybe there are some others in the area who would be interested in coming here to hang out for an hour or two instead of in front their TV watching the Daytona race.
