4 for egt???

The bottom right gauge is a gauge monitoring gauge to make sure the other gauges are working.

Top left is the flux-capacitor charge state, to the right is the time/date meter, and.... biggrin.gif

Posted by: Chris H. Feb 25 2013, 09:24 PM

That's correct. And plus the whole thing is wired to the drivers seat. If the gauge monitor stops working the driver gets a quick shot of 12 volts to the pants... Dealer option I think. Not too popular for some reason.

I bet the clock doesn't work! happy11.gif

All kidding aside, judging from the appearance of those floorboards, that car looks like it might be in really good condition. How does the rest of the car look? I can imagine left and right cylinder head temp gauges and maybe oil pressure. The left most gauge mounted on the dash appears to have a manual adjustment knob. I notice extra indicator lights on the dash too, just to the left of the seat belts warning indicator.

Also looks like it has the rare dual fun meter option - one for driver one for passenger idea.gif

I think those are floor mats.

The car is on San Antonio craigslist....being in Texas it may be ok

av-943.gif That was a good one.

Certainly could be a great car...not knocking the area surrounding the gauges at all. Has a/c or at least the setup for it. Someone buy it so we can figure out what all the gauges are!

Posted by: MoveQik Feb 26 2013, 07:34 AM

Wha.....you guys don't run a temp gauge for each cylinder and a pressure gauge for each tire? Rookies.

Posted by: thomasotten Feb 26 2013, 10:01 AM

I like how they made the console panel gradually change slope. That kind of thinking bought space for an extra couple of guages!

first appearances can be decieving as most of us have found out. The ad says original owner 2.0

Posted by: tod914 Feb 26 2013, 12:03 PM

There's two more gauges next to the fresh air control on the dash.

There's a gauge for that. smile.gif

Posted by: ScoopLV Feb 26 2013, 12:33 PM

Well, flux capacitors aside, what gauges would you like to have if you could have every single possible gauge.

Oil pressure, oil temp, voltmeter, fuel pressure, cylinder head temp, transmission temp.... and, I dunno, maybe there a radiator and a turbocharger in there somewhere. That's good for a few more gauges.

Of course, there's always Gauge the porn star.

Just don't push the red button above the left dash gauge...or was it the green one...oh no....

I wonder if it comes with a cone of silence.
