I'm sure these cars have been posted before but just in case someone wants the Daytona winning 914-6GT, here's your chance to buy it:

That's Jim Torres. He also has a 935 For Sale. Sometimes he has some pretty cool parts F/S too.

Pretty amazing that a 914 could be 5th overall at Daytona as late as 1980.
Eligible to run at Classic Le Mans.
That would have to be my dream scenario vintage event to do.

Well there you go John!
Is that a real GT though? I didn't know any GTs ended up as IMSA cars....
800 doesn't sound too bad for a 962.... I could swing it by the time I'm 75.
The 962 is right hand drive.
I put my checkbook away when I saw that.
John
I guess that 962 isn't the one Mark Hotchkiss drives at historic events?
I wasn't aware there was more than one in Wynn's livery.
I was at Daytona when they finished 5th. Have several pics of it on my flickr page.
As a matter of fact, the picture above of the pitstop......I took it.
Here it is before the race.....
This 914 GT and 962 is really an amazing car! I saw them here in long Beach in one of my friends warehouse (hanger). Scott has a lot of 914 and 911 parts in his warehouse. You just need to visit the warehouse to see all the parts and this two amazing car inside the warehouse.
email 914world ID: sebring66 to get their contact number and address here in Long Beach.
