That's very nice. I lived in Perth, AU for a year and had a similar view. Now I look at trees and more trees...Did I say I look at trees yet

My brother use to send me similar pictures from his back balcony in SB. It really is no coincidence that you SB folk like to show off like that. :finger2:

But I have to admit ... I'd love an office with a view like that. Would really be a shame to shutter it. <_<

UCSB is north of Santa Barbara near the airport next to the newly incorporated city of Goleta.....they call the area Isla Vista....a real shithole....NASTY beat cops that come onto your property and beat the shit outta ya....they let the CHP, County Sherriffs and the State Police play in a 2 square mile area.....lots of burglaries, NO PARKING, drunken brawls....great fun for your teenager.

Where "I" live is about 12 miles south....the beach faces south across the bay to SmelLA and we get a good swell in the winter....summer is like a Lake.

I actually like the winter time here best....cold clear and crisp....no tourists.

Oh and Goatboy....real offers.... :finger2:

One of my friends from high school lives in the center of that smelly madness in IV (or was it HIV...). He told me a story about his neighbors that drop ... asprin... and beat the shit out of their own door at 4am. THATS why I go to Irvine.
