Click on 914 Forums near the top and on the page it says how many people are on, just add the guests and the members together

I believe it's actually the number of people who have had activity in the last 60 minutes.

also, he dint formally except the challenge.....

he didnt accept nor decline, he was simply advising you to not make a bet...
