after some setbacks today, I just got back from blasting around south-east Antioch in the teener

top off, no heater and I'm still smiling

tommorow night I'll adjust the valves and the clutch...otherwise it seems to be running pretty darn good even with the 2.0 injectors (1.7 D-Jet system on a 1.8 block)....

even with these POS tires, it was a blast whipping around the corners tonight....I think I'm really going to like having a 914 with front and rear swaybars (which this one does from the factory)

that reminds me, how about i trade you your header/muffler for a set of 1.8 SSI heat exchangers and a good as new (read, no rust) manta 4-tip muffler ...

I was out today with the top off too. It was actually kind of warm in Mountain View (with the heater on full blast.)
