Same here. Wife is the same age as the 914-6 but about 4 years older than the project car. I'm about 9 years older than the 6.

Hum,lets see ,my teener is a "73", and I'am "66"
so i guess that means I am twice the age of my 914.

I'm older than our '71 914 by 3 years but my wife is younger than the car but the same age as the 75 2.0 that is going in.

My son is 30 years younger than the car and daughter is 33 years younger.

We're both vintage 1973, but I'm a late build (12/20/73) and the 914's an early one (4732900193), built in late 1972.

So the 914 wins, but barely... Rebekah came along in model year 1981, which still shocks me from time to time. I can actually REMEMBER 1981 from all the crappy American cars -- which is what got me into VWs and Porsches, and BMWs in the first place...
