She's running great, I haven't test on a long dive yet, sorting out the electrical wires for new gauges. She runs great on a 3 miles test drive.

You had an oil leak and used the Peat Moss to mop it up? The shrubs have grown enough to cover the over spray on the fence? Licence plate mounted in back window?
Looks good though. Those were Boxster wheels right? New wheels fill out the flares much better, spacers?
If you havent driven without a front airdam you will notice the difference when you get to around 80 mph. Stock valance doesnt help much after that.

Plate in window for a test drive.
Airdam: does this help?
Does this makes a difference?

I guess what I meant was with a stock valance. My 73 at around 80 with the stock valance got a little 'floaty' in the front. May have been the shocks too, but an LE valance really settled the car down.

I was searching around looking for some PhoenixRed cars, this one is truly inspirational. Love the restoration, then the subtle changes to now. WOW.

This is one of the nicest 914s in the NJ/NY area.
Paul was this the car that was owned by some guy named Jon Fernandes from the 914club site?
I remember looking at a car he was selling and he sold it to someone called Paul. Wondering if that was you?
