How do you get those little screws off of the rocker panels that are on the top just inside the wheel wells?
I'm guessing I gotta take the tires off and drill them out.
Should just unscrew. They're just a sheet metal screw. You'll need a box end wrench. It's pretty small. 6 or 7mm.
I've disassembled quite a few cars. I've never had to drill or cut one out.

OK, I am hoping to put back on my rocker panels after rattle canning them.
What size are the three (3) threaded bolts for the bottom side of the rocker panel?
M6x1.0 threading?
