Got my 2 birds in the oven. I rub butter between the skin and the meat. Then sprinkle with a spice mix from Seattle's Pike Place Market called abadaba. I'd rather slow cook it and then let it rest for 45 minutes.
4 rib prime beast. goes in for the low and slow cookin' around 10am. it'll be french dips and hot/cold roast beef sandwiches for days.
