Marty from MSDS is always thinking about us people up here in the snow. Thanks for the warm thoughts! Aric is a jerky fanatic!
BTW: 1-3 predicted Friday...
At least 2 more weeks until I can think about getting the Alien out of storage. In the last 3 days I shoveled a snow bank the size of a BMW M3 out from in front of the garage where I keep her. Then there was a foot thick patch of ice under the snow that was completely up against the overhead door I had to pick axe and shovel. The door is still froze down to the concrete slab and will likely be that way for at least another week. Winter, Oh joy...
Then there is 7 of 9, Sandy's car. The storage tent managed to make it through the winter with lots of shoveling of snow off of it. A week ago Aric and I spent about 4 hours shoveling a pickup truck sized bank out from in front of the tent in hopes of getting the car out before July 4th. Well the weather has been nice but there is so much snow melting yet that the streets are sloppy with salt water and sand run off. The good news is if the streets ever dry off she's ready to go!
Snows gone in the twin cities, hopefully not too much longer for you up north, however you got a lot more snow up there.
Another good thing about Alien Jerky...it travels well in Fedex. Sorry 'bout the deep freeze, this stuff should twizzle up some heat. ENJOY !
I better get a shipment off to Dieter as well .
Warm in Glendale today with mild SantaAna winds
Marty
Funny, but I am south of Duluth. Still waiting for another good rainfall to clean off the roads here too.
Snow is all gone though
As for care packages from 914 brethren, I have been a sender and a recipient and it always feels good.
life's too short, move south!
I hear that Sandy UT has some good 914 roads near it...
