do you have spark?
Do you have fuel at the injectors?
For spark, you can put a timing light on one of the leads and see if it flashes...
For fuel, take one injector out and put it in a glass baby food jar....turn the car over and see if its spraying any fuel.

Clogged fuel filter? Test the injectors in a jar. It's only a fire hazard if you let it spray around the hot engine, sparks or are smoking when you do it. You need to make sure the fuel is getting through he system
Look for loose wire at the coil, battery
No such thing as vapor lock.
Pull a spark plug, plug it back into the correct plug wire, hold the plug body against ground, turn over motor, see if you have a spark.
For fuel, you need to see if you are getting fuel.
Safest way is to undo the one 10mm nut that hold the injector in place and stick the end into a glass jar for safety....turn over motor with coil wire removed...so you will have no spark present....
See if you have fuel.
These two tests are bare minimum to see if you have fuel and spark.
Otherwise, send it to a shop for them to test it out for you.

Like the others have said, you need to verify fuel and spark.
I finally figured out your multiqoute posting yoursel.. You obviously have fuel if it's leaking in front of the tire. Try switching the relays around on the relay board.
Not necessary to quote yourself. Just post away.
Your fuel pump and the lines are in front of the rr tire.
Fuel on the ground doesn't mean it's getting to the injectors. Filter location depends on year, could be next to pump, not sure. A clog could be the cause of the leak. some years have the pump on the firewall under the battery. Watch for the leak while someone turns the key/cranks it with the coil unplugged.
Gas leak BAD!!
Lots of possibilities...
It can be broken/cracked plastic fuel lines under the fuel tank
It can be a broken pump (which may be under the tank) or near the cross member, or in the rear depending on year.
It can be a dry-rotted fuel line (under the tank)
You may be able to verify the above by jacking up the front of the car, removing the front passenger side wheel, and looking up under the cross member/steering rack. If you have a cover pan, that may need to be removed.
It can be debris/crud clogging the filter screen in the tank.
It cab be an old/clogged fuel filter (which can be under the tank or under the engine shelf).
Stock car, your fuel pump and filter are underneath the car in front of the rear tire.
Almost right under your battery, but you can only get to them from under the car.
If that leak is up front, you also have two rubber fuel lines under the tank.
From underneath the front, you can remove the access panel that covers the steering rack by removing two 17mm bolts and two 13 mm bolts....those are the two wrench you need to take underneath.
Once that panel is removed, you will see a hole about 3 inches in diameter, that is right under the rubber fuel lines....get a flashlight and mirror in there, you will see them.

Thanks rich its stock and definitely leaking by rr. Right rear
Where do I access this area ,underneath someone said ?
In the photo the car was rolled back into garage when I tried
Starting it was a car length forward
Is this my problem ,don't see a lot of fuel or hose cracks anywhere else
Attached thumbnail(s)
Photo is of line that starts at drivers end an swings around to right rear suspension ear
Area ,not positive its even fuel line , yall, tell me ?
Too bad I don't have one of those automotive inspection camera s on a flexi
Cord I could just look thru the hole in the He'll hole ( pictured below )
Attached thumbnail(s)
That's a hole in the battery tray. The hell hole is/would be below that.
Not sure, but the thing you're referring to looks like the emergency brake cable sheath. there should be one like it on the drivers side. Do they go to the rear calipers?
The pump should be on the firewall medial to/above the filter. Unless it has been moved up front or it's a '75-'76, in which case it started up front. I didn't see that you said what year it is.
Some folks don't read very well. You clearly stated that the gas is on the floor in front of the right rear tire. That doesn't equate to a leak under the tank.
Your last pic shows the very end of the pump and the white filter. Just because the hoses look ok doesn't mean anything. You must pressurize the system and visually inspect. Old hoses, especially the cloth covered one's, can seep thru the hose. I've also seen pump bodies crack and leak. Get it on jackstands or a lift and get under there while someone cranks the starter. Pull the plug wire from the coil while cranking to prevent a spark and don't put your face directly under the pump unless you like the taste of gas. Always keep an extinguisher handy when dealing with gas.
You are close.
Jack the car up....high
The wet line you have in your pic is the emergency brake cable....no fuel in that.
There are two fuel lines that come out from the middle of the car, turn towards the passenger side along the rear lower firewall, then go to the fuel pump and filter in that corner.
They are up high to keep them protected, so you will need to either jack up the car, or put it on ramps or a lift to repair this.
Great advice and thanks to all fellow members ,but jack stands and "lift up.really high to get under"
Have me waving the white flag .
Tow trucking it 7 miles to sandrail guru, aka lefty
And have all fuel system gone thru . Sans ,f.I ( cause can't really be gone thru )
At least I will not.be piloting the Hindenburg
