I got some new center caps for my 76 teener, but they don't fit over the front bearing caps. Was told I needed to get some smooth Brazilian aftermarket caps without the bump outs. Where does one purchase those?

Thanks

What kind of wheels?

If you got the wheel caps from me they should fit I clearanced mine for the stock dust caps as I have 75's. The only atermarket dust caps I have found are the same clearance as the ones I have.
I'd be interested to see if there is another option.

I did not Mikey, I asked a couple of times here if anyone had them. I sure would have! They are AEC 2.0 repops. Do your caps have that nub that sticks out on one side?

I have a set of Mark's which are clearance for the bearing cap. I believe this will take you to his center caps: http://shop.914rubber.com/searchquick-submit.sc?keywords=wheel

They are quite nice BTW.

The dust caps I have on mine have a square hole punched in the center. There is no nub sticking up. They were available at the local VW parts store for a few bucks. About $6 if I recall correctly.

Makes me feel old because I know exactly what that square hole is for, and I recall hating it more than a few times on many cars....
