Any ideas how you'd go about mounting this? I can't imaging the steering wheel would attach. Or does it rotate WITH the wheel?

Edit: Missed the "Man Cave" comment completely. Still pretty funny.

Mounts on the rear bumper, it tells the car behind you your vitals.

I think he is "displaying" the gages he has for sale. It's not a dash face plate.
