So.... I have been waiting for you to share your good news.... unless I missed a previous post!
Don't make ME do spread rumors! It's pretty incredible.
Come on, tell us!!!
Do tell!
Inquiring minds want to know.
did he get another stamp?
Or, did it finally come out?
I have had some more good fortune with the Minnesota wildlife stamp competition,
I just won my third competition in a row which has never been accomplished before, call it the grand slam, triple crown, hat trick ? Anyway, I really am really uncomfortable with the self promotion and
discloser, I wished Qarl had just come out with it, but here is a picture of the winning entry.

Good job....I assume there were no paint by numbers under that????
Thanks for forcing him out Qarl. Nice work David!
I want to know how Q-ball found out about the "good news"....is he stalking another 914 club member?? LOL
how big is the original painting before they shrink it down to stamp size???
My secret informant notified me about the news and I confronted him about and he gave in!
Actually, David is one of my good friends. He's coming to visit this weekend when he is town for the PGA convention!
He will confirm the existence of Porsche Porn when he is here.
Regards,
Q
Outstanding work Dave, I never could draw worth a hill of beans.
Merideth, I like your avatar, but isnt the green one the one they said makes you horny?
David & Karl
Wow, thanks for letting us know about this award. David, you are very, very talented!!
I have a good friend in our town (Wild Wings Gallery/Kal Jabara) who sells wildlife prints. If you go commercial can I tell him about you!!! I would like to purchase a low # print if they go on sale. Please! Please! I want a low # print. The one after Karl's #.

BTW
I see turkey's all the time during my travels through Northern MI. Especially spring when they strut their stuff looking for a mate. I think we (boys) do the same when nature calls.
Fantastic artwork. Congratulations.
Thank you for all the kind words guys, The painting is 6.5 x 9" here are the pictures of my earlier wins this year. Prints are available maybe a group buy?

Hey Iamchappy
Please give me an address and price quote. I am interested in the Pheasant & Turkey. If you can't do it on the board, send me a private message.
I am looking for a gift for my son. Would you personally sign it for a 914er???
Thanks
Tom
FYI
This is in my garage, Iam storing it for my son.

Wow, that looks great, how do you get those turkeys to stand still so long that you can paint them?
Okay David... now you are just bragging and rubbing it in our faces....
Very cool beheadings, nice collection. I will pm you with the info, thanks for the interest and support, I would like to personalize them for you and I will include a pencil remarque drawn in of the birds, NC. I will find 2 low matching numbers in the artist proofs.

Amazing accomplishment winning three comps in a row!
Easy to tell why! Beautiful!
Here's a tip on making those turkeys look a little more realistic.....I start out by placing my left hand on the paper, then trace around......
