Gawd.
In my younger days I did a lot of river fishing. In my travels up & down narrow river roads, I spent a LOT of time following or approaching oncoming logging trucks.....and saw a number of them laying on their sides like dead whales, logs askew. That pic is something out of my nightmares.

From the markings on the top of the windshield, it looks like it may be a state police car. That's could be a screen capture from an in car camera.

YIKES!!! IPB Image

Maybe he should't be talking on the "trunking" radio......

Or maybe he is "logging on" to the police net.....

You wood have to make a pun woodn't you? You were on a roll there for a while...

I guess that cop's problem is that he couldn't see the forest for the oncoming trees?
I wonder if he got on his megaphone and barked an order at the truck driver to slow down.

After the accident, the officer survived and was found outside his smashed car milling about. The officers who came urged him to leave. The officer said "I looked up and just sawdust."

Oak-kay I'll quit. but you'll miss them and then you'll be pine-ing for more. Or maybe you'll fir-get about it. I better just put a cork in it. Just don't axe me to continue.
