I had guests from out from the windy city who have been buffeted by crappy weather for weeks so we headed for some vitamin D and the coast. By BIL Ric is compelled to ride long distances on bicycles so we dropped him off in 1/2 Moon bay. Try carrying a bicycle in your 914.

Then we had brakfast at Duartes in Pescadero figuring Ric would pass us and we would catch up with him at Ana Nuevo. We stopped at Scott's creek to hike up Big Basin trail for a while.

Finally met Ric at the Santa Cruz Pier for Margaritas at Olitas and observed a seal cult doing seal ballet. This seemed to involve flippers and genitals in equal proportions.

Santa Cruz promenade, back up HWY 1 to 84, 84 to 35, 35 to 92 then home. Great drive with some fine-ass twisties. Stretched my cars legs significantly. Wife generously gave up the wheel all day to the out of towners.

Enjoyed the Tied House Breakfast pictures. What a great turnout. I will make it next time, maybe even in a 914!
I really wish you guys would stop putting up pics like this, I'm really beginning to hate Va.
Sure looks like fun
I didn't make the breaklunch either - sorry about that - was busy with the baby and scoring food for the house.
The ride from half moon bay to Santa Cruz is a nice one weather you're in a P-car or on a bike. Looks like an awesome way to spend the day.
Fiid.
