it is Poor Shuh
I have a video where someone representing the Porsche factory had pronounced it porsha. Now, keep in mind, I'm not saying that makes it the end-all be-all answer but but it does have some credibility in that context.

"The family name is pronounced POR-shuh. We don't care how you pronounce the name of the car, as long as your money's good!"

A blonde looking to make money some asked a man if he had a job that she could do. He said I'll give you $500 to paint my porch you find the stuff in the garage. About an hour later she came back and said that she was done. "My that was quick" said the man. "By the way you don't have a Porsche you have a Lexus" said the blond.
I knew a girl named Porita.
I once told a greek girl named Portia that I was a big fan of hers, and showed her my PCA membership card.
Sign in my garage
Porsch labor rate: $65/hr
Por-scha labor rate: $125/hr
I say it both ways and hear it both ways.
It depends who I'm talking to.
Sometimes I just say "Poorsh" to tweak people.
Or at the FLAPS to sound like a big-shot...
