914 display at the 1970 NY auto show, anyone know what wheels these are?

Riveara wheels. There are two style one has a flat face on the spokes the ones in that ic look like they dont and they are more rare. may even be made by a different company. I had a set on mine and heard they are sought after by the VW crowd but they seem to go for about the same price from what iv seen. And more importantly, there were the 914, VW Karmann Ghia, and VW Type III offset. And the much more common VW Beetle offset…

Is that a photo? Hard to tell...

Those are rivieras, I have a smooth set like that a several sets with the raised bump.
I prefer the smooth ones and I never had an issue with 205/50/15 tires fitting on those rims.
