Seller seems to represent the car fairly, although I'd like to know whether it still has it's FI. Couple of years ago this was about a $5000 car IMO.

If the hell hole is good, I would say it would be a nice $8000 car on the east coast. I think that he is crazy to ask 13k, but I thought it was crazy when 911 SCs made it back up to 15k. They never stopped, and now you don't see them for less than 20k.

agree.gif The rust situation is the key. If it's as solid as the seller says, that adds real value to overcome some obvious flaws.
