Hi, need to reach and see if I can get some help on a PPI in San Jose. Been looking for a running project and found one on CL.
Maybe someone in the area already knows of it and could comment.

Paul offered to go see it but I feel it's too much to ask to go that far.

I'm in south San Francisco. If it's the red one on craigslist for 5900 its a piece of junk

It's a silver one on 23rd Ave (Inter Sunset area?) guy is asking $5K.
