I got a chance to visit the Porsche museum last week. There was a reasonable amount of 914 stuff there. Including the silver 914-8 plus a car in their resto-shop.
Anyway, in the gift store was this...

I was hoping to see the 1-2-3 GTs at Amelia. But that's okay. We got the big 8 instead.

#2 was missing from the Collier Museum. I assume it was at Amelia.

this little diorama was built by a german specialist - just 10 units at all
he offered one on eBay, about two years ago ... for EUR 914.00
I don't know why, but it didn't sell 
I'd love to have one 
but it's far beyond my budget ...

but it's far beyond my budget ...I think it was selling for around 740 euros. Still more than I had on me at the time.
