Looks like a nice car and one of the last produced. Might be a little overpriced $22K.....any thoughts?

From what I see in the pictures it was a "loaded" car, making it close to $8.5-9K new. It is far from original though. Missing side marker lights jump out a me, emblems not decals on the rear, and a hood badge. No mileage mentioned. Probably over priced.
Looks like this car is for sale again with more info and plenty of photos. 116K original miles with complete history.....$24K.

My two cents.....with little rust and somewhat reasonable mileage...40k better of course......I would walk in with $17,000......CASH!!.....then walk out at over $19,000. Rust is a bitch.....not having any sounds valuable to me......no comment on my car from Capitola, Calif. So go buy it!!! It is not like you would lose a dime on it. No side markers looks great but I haven't done it yet....you can always pop them in later...bet wires are still there unless a euro car. Fun to have one.....I hear more is better??
gg
Sold today for $21K....that's strong money for this car with the 5% auction fee, shipping and taxes. Apparently it's heading Spain.

I think that's a fair price. If you bought a $10,000 needs work 914 you would easy put another $10,000 in it to get to this condition. So it brings back the "better to buy a Xlint condition 914 Verse a restore project" argument.
I for one want the 914 prices to skyrocket............
