You need to make sure the pms bushing fits the factory shift rod.
I bought one from them and it didn't fit. They sell two types , one fits their shift rod and the other is factory.
My brother got a new one off eBay for $10 If I recall correctly.
Fits perfect too.. Not sure who sold or made it. Do a search on ebay it should come up.

Got mine on ebay for $18 shipped. Another person is selling 911 bronze shift bushing for the 73-76 side shift around $49.

Last time I had the tranny out I took some measurements to make one out of delrin. The bronze bushing was not quite as snug as I'd have thought it should be.

Haven't gotten to it yet... dry.gif
