How do you do this? My tire guy is asking for balancing purposes.

Per Clay Perrine. Get a piece of 2" PVC pipe. Turn the outside of one end to slide inside the center hole of the wheel. Use that to drive it out. Turn the inside of the other end to fit over the cap and rest on the lip to drive it in.

Also make sure he uses the stick-on weights on the inside of the rims. Do not let them short-cut & use the outside!

If they get lazy & stick them outside it looks crappy & can damage the anodized surface when cleaning the adhesive off, scratch the surface scraping off old weights when rebalancing, etc.
