dizzy says it needs a 3ohm resistance coil......

aircooled.net says that the bosch blue coil isnt adequate for anything above 3k......


so...watcha runnin?




after i put the unilite in..... gonna wire up the hyfire box.......

you must have some long wires to run from the cab to the rear trunk....

speaking of.... how long is your coil wire(s) you have one of those cool thru the sheetmetal things

The coil wire really isn't that long. Its the standard length that came with my wire kit from Aircooled.net.

The leads from the HyFire to the coil are kinda long but it sure doesn't seem to matter.

Point of reference: MSD approves of Bosch Blue coil as acceptable, too.

i guess ill give it a try......seems like its the weak link in the super ignition world.....

whats the voltage out of a blue coil?
