I just picked up a bunch of parts from the Porsche Center in Melbourne... indicator seals, roll-bar trims, the tracks that the side window seals fit into, about $500 worth. In the box, was a brand new windscreen frame to roof seal, which sells for $680 here.

The one on my car is in great shape, and I hadn't ordered it, so I asked the parts dept. guys about it, and the reply was kind of interesting! because the seal tracks that go down the back of the windscreen frame have been superseded, the screen to roof seal was included for free!!!

Sometimes, you win.
