I just saw this in the 914 org site when the Yahoo group thread led me there. I have no affiliation etc.

I could be wrong but I think thats a really old site with few updates.

Edit: Of course, if the ad is up to date, that is a sweet 6 for very cheap. Maybe I'll call.
