How do i replace the front top rubber bumper screws.
they are the one that the head is within the rubber top bumper!

Do inserts exist for this? it looks like an insert would work?

These are not screws. They are part of the substructure on the bumper itself. You could try epoxy, but it will fail over time. Wouldn't cost much to try.
