I just need 12 Schnorr washers for my Syncro Westy CVs. They're the same size as 914....M8, I believe.

From Pelican forum:
EMPI # 875081 and M8 Schnorr (serrated Belleville) washers from McMaster-Carr are installed on 84 M8 100mm CV.

EMPI # 875081 was $1.50 a piece.
Schnorr was a little under $10 per a bag of 100 pieces.

Our local hardware store carries these I believe (Portland, OR).
Just not sure of the sizes.
