The strap that holds the brake fluid reservoir is one that corrodes (at least my two) pretty bad.

And another member suggested that something be done about it.......So ......

Here is how the strap is initially

Maybe I should just start sending my paychecks directly to you. All these cool replacement parts. I could go broke.
Take the old strap off and attach one side and tighten the screw

Form it over the resevoir - it will not give the right radius but will define most of the shape

This is what it looks like after it is pulled off - the top one is the new ss one the bottom is the old one

After a tweek or two to correct the radius with a pair of needle nose pliers...

Then just install it - It took me like 5 mins to do both cars

You're my new hero. I've always hated the way that rusty band looked my otherwise perfectly clean trunk. Are you selling those, and if so, how do I buy one?
See the resources section......

Long ago, I bought one of those caps that snaps over the top of the resevoir, supposedly to keep any spillage contained. Have yet to install it, but now it seems like a good idea!
