914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Rain Tray rubber washers available?

I removed the rain tray this past weekend for a thorough cleaning and noticed that two of the six attachment screws were longer in length and had thick rubber spacer washers attached. Are the rubber washers currently available from any vendor?
