My dad is an engineer and says he has worked with carbon fiber and fiber glass to make houseings and what not for prototype things at work and what not. He sas he will help me make stuff if i can find a good kit that comes with the cloth and resin and all that good stuff. Does any one know were i can pick something like that up and for about how much?

Aircraft Spruce and Wicks aircraft supply. they'll have all you need.
check the websites, Aircraft Spruce has pricing posted. if you order, ask for their new race car products catalog too.

Definitely go to the Aircraft Spruce website and get one of the 'free' catalogs, but I'd suggest getting the one for aircraft.

As for composite material and supplies, I've had good service from:
