While I was tracking down why my e-brake light wasn't lighting (switch good, bulb good), I also discovered my turn signals/flashers are also not working.

Am I right in guessing the problem is a bad relay?

Is there another same type relay in the car that I can swap and use to see if it fixes my problem?

Nothing else in the car will swap over because this relay is different,are your hazard lights flashing? if so your relay is ok.

I got it resolved. I had a spare relay in my extra parts bin. Swapped out the old one for the new one - all works fine now.
