Had a customer tell me the part was made incorrectly as it broke off when he was removing them. We have not had this experience. We designed them so that the "ramp" allows them to hold tightly and be removed without breaking. We have fiberglass panels that are actually thinner than the fiber board that we tested on.
Perhaps it was another vendor. but here's what we got. remember the fiberglass actually holds tighter as it's further down the ramp.
